बिलासपुर स्थित मोपका मस्जिद मदरसा , भारती नगर , मगरपारा तालापारा मस्जिदों मे अवैध बांग्लादेशी एवं रोहंगिया मुस्लिमों का अड्डा बना हुआ है इनमे कई अत्यंत आपत्ति जनक क्रिया कलाप हो रहे है , इनमे रह रहे ये अवैध बांग्लादेशी तथा रोहांगिए मुस्लिम बिलासपुर की सुरक्षा के लिए गंभीर ख़तरा है । तत्काल कार्यवाई कर इन्हे यहाँ से निकाला जाये अन्यतः कभी भी कोई गंभीर घटना घाट सकती है ।
