बिषय:-बेतन नहि बनाने एंव दो साल से कई वार आवेदन पत्र दिए है ईसके सम्बन्ध में,
महाशय:- सविनय निवेदन पूर्वक यह बात यह कि में पवन कुमार प्रसाद, पद-अनुसेवक
लोक स्वास्थ्य अवर प्रमंडल लहेरिया सराय, दरभंगा
जो कि मेरे दारा कई आवेदन दिया गया श्रीमान, कार्यपाल अभियंता जी,के दारा आदेश भी कई बार फिर भी कामकाज नही किया जाता है जो कि दो साल नही करते है
अत:
श्रीमान से प्रार्थना है कि अपने अस्त्रर से कानूनी कार्रवाई कि जाय ताकी न्याय मिल सके,इसके लिए श्रीमान का अभारी रहेगे,
