Kotak Securities send envelope by courier to be delivered to address in India. They said they cannot deliver to address and I have to and collect from the nearest city. So why accept the package in the first place.
They said that they can deliver to another address and I had a person waiting there for three separate days but no delivery. They provide false updates on their system to say that they attempted delivery. I still have not received the package.
