Cheating & Fruad at Meesho

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against one of your delivery personnel named Nayan Kalita. On dated 23-06-2024, I received a delivery for my 5 (Five) order no – (33022381481548608, 33021336399403840, 33018385048034112, 31656058436811840, 31613855215715328_1) at my address. The delivery boy named Nayan Kalita handed me the package and asked for the payment.
According to the bill and the payment details provided by Meeso, the total amount due was (Rs. 1914/-). However, the delivery boy insisted that I pay Rs. 300/-, claiming there was an additional charge for the delivery. The total amount of Rs.2214/- had been paid by me against my delivery. As I had no prior information about this additional charge and did not want to delay the process, I complied and paid the amount requested.
Upon checking with your customer service later, I have found that there were no additional charges applicable to my order, and that the amount I was charged was incorrect. This clearly indicates that the delivery boy knowingly took extra money from me, which is both dishonest and unprofessional.
I request that immediate action be taken to investigate this incident. It is crucial to ensure that such practices do not recur in the future. Additionally, I would like to request a refund of the extra amount charged to me.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the actions taken to address this issue. I trust that Meesho values its customers and will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
