was not conducted fairly. Rep didn’t ask me to preserve first urine sample, hence the person return back .he was not polite enough.upon complain, another representative reschedule the order for today,24/7/2024 6-7 AM
today Iwas waited empty stomach till 8 am but none came
no communication made
this is not acceptable by a reputed co. like yours
very unprofessional approach
I was mentally harrased pl enquire the entire episode & let me know the irresponsible act
