I must thanks to KIA INDIA team for Non Cooperation nevertheless Shameful on the part mostly of those who are holding higher responsibilities and have otherwise failed to gather the info from its dealer M/S Allied Motors Ltd. and could not take any action upon the dealer with whom my car is regularly being serviced for last 4 years which further sounds me the deep syndicate of malpractice among the duo where the dealer might have greased the high ups at KIYA INDIA who are sitting cool on the captioned matter being highlighted by my repeated mails followed by call on company’s Toll Free number 4days back where I was assured to have return call from KIA INDIA Team very soon where the soon word is proved to be NEVER as I could not get any response of that call also even after the expiry of 4days thus it will be no high to mentioned if the KIA India high -ups are securing the dealer from all corners of its deficiencies. Now, the customer like me who’s request was kept unattended by KIA INDIA along with its dealer for more than a month long time is at no place but to BAD NAME the KIA company’s product globally for its product quality and service approach to its customers after sale at large.
