I am writing to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory service and unprofessional behavior I encountered at Swastik TVS-Service Centre.

Delivery Date: 28th January 2025
Vehicle: TVS Jupiter
Issues Faced:
Poor Service Quality: The servicing of my TVS Jupiter was not up to the mark. The staff did not check the parts properly and insisted on changing them without verifying their condition.
Rude Behavior: The supervisor was rude and uninterested in addressing my queries regarding the servicing parts.
Lack of Communication: The staff were not willing to explain the servicing details or the necessity of part replacements. Additionally, my security tire nozzle was broken, and when I asked to correct this, he was told to go to an outside puncture shop.
As a loyal TVS customer for the past seven years, owning both a TVS Jupiter and an Apache bike, I have always serviced my vehicles at TVS service centers. My experiences at other centers, including Jamtara, Mihijam, Lakhisarai, Darbhanga, and Sai TVS in Ranchi, have been positive. However, the experience at Swastik TVS-Service Centre Ranchi was extremely disappointing.
I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better service quality and professional behavior at Swastik TVS-Service Centre. I hope to continue my association with TVS and expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
