Invoice No. SLA041365626139 – Panasonic Washing machine – 7 KG booked on 02.11.2024 at Croma, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon (East), Mumbai and paid the amount of Rs.24699/- including 2 years additional warranty charges. Mr. Rakesh Executive from Croma has informed the Washing Machine will be delivered by 09.11.2024 at residence address.
but, we have not received the delivery of washing machine till date and just getting nonsense excuses from Croma team. My family members are suffered a lot due this delay. No proper answer or confirmation of delivery date is getting from Croma.
Kindly resolve the issue today only and deliver the washing machine at residence and install the same.
