I am supposed to get consignment

2, B26811822.
The tracker comments were not true.
One of the messages says – There is no such individual residing in the location. The delivery was never attempted and the response when i approached the branch was rude and arrogant. this happened in the case of R83586593.
Second consignment reached yesterday, and deliver was not attempted yet. It took only 24 hours to reach from Bangalore to Mangalore where as its stationary at branch for more than 48 hours unattempted.
