I got disappointment and frustration with the uncooperative behavior of the staff and security at your Kalyan branch on 19-07-2024, while I was attempting to deposit a cheque. Despite my genuine efforts to complete the process, they displayed a lack of courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to assist me, making the experience unpleasant and unacceptable.
