service engineer is not capable of solving the problem . they ask for money to resolve our problem . and also they don,t answer to our calls and there manager also support them , they listen to me (us). i am facing the problem from a week and they are not responding to it . please help me to relove my problem .
my setup box is not working from a week and they are not resolving the problem instead of resolving the problem they are asking for money , but the plan which i had take in that i have got free service charges for any problem , now they are not answering to my calls and nothing is happening by doing online complaint so , i request you to resolve my problem .
