I had on 21.01.2025 purchased a new SIM for reactivation of my above number .
One mr. Aman kumar visited my house on that day and carried out my Profile verification after taking my photograph and copy of Aadhar card.
On 23rd January, again somebody called and after speaking with my son in whose mobile I had inserted the new SIM, the number was activated for four months . Vi Max 451 postpaid plan .
I chatted yesterday with your service agent Navina on WhatsApp Vi Care and she has generated a service request no 4-170847233588 for reactivation. My revised Aadhar with latest address was also shared with her.
She has ensured to resolve the issue by 05.02.2025 3.37 pm
I also spoke with Aman Kumar , your service engineer about this issue.
If my number is not reactivated, I will take up matter with Ombudsman.
