Around a month ago, I changed my family plan mobile numbers XXXXXX3966 (primary) and XXXXXX6317 (secondary) to No. (primary) and XXXXXX9247 (after porting from Airtel). The mobile was not working where SIM was placed. I talked your representative, who visited my place and handed over a new SIM with the same number as XXXXXX9247 . As present, I do not have any extra mobile to use the SIM containing number XXXXXX6317.
In view of this, I request that you deactivate the number XXXXXX6317 upon receipt of this message, so that I need not pay any further bills. Thanks
