Delivery boy did not deliver and claims he has given my order to some random person who told him I was not at home

Hi, I placed an order on swiggy Instamart and paid for it. I got a message on mygate that the delivery boy Haggibuddin Kaji had arrived. I then got a message on my app that the order was delivered but it was not. I called the boy. He claims that he rang my bell (which he did not) but that I did not answer. He says that some random boy who arrived in the lift told him that I was not home and to give the delivery to him. He claimed that he gave the order to that boy and departed. When I asked him why he had not called me on my mobile he has no answer to give. H ekept changing the version of his story and insisted that the order is done and cut the phone on me. As far as I can make out he has stolen my order. This has been a horrible experience. Please refund my money 546 .
