Sub: dishonor of my IOB cheque dated 16/11/2024 for Rs.10,000/-

You are aware of the way my cheque was dishonoued by your branch and Rs.236 debited from my account for no fault of mine.
To remind you again, my IOB cheque dated 16/11/2024 for Rs.10,000/-was wrongly presented by your office to some other IOB a/c instead of my IOB a/c for clearance on 18/11/2024 , which resulted in the dishonor of my cheque
and bad name to me besides financial loss.
your office is not answering any of my letter/e mails so far. My request for crediting
Rs.236/- in my account is also not done.
Please reply.
In case if you feel that there is no need to reply, I will wait for 10 more days and will fix appointment with the highest authority of your bank
and inform the highest authority in person the way your office treated my cheque, bringing bad name to me and financial loss, BY DISHONOURING MY CHEQUE.
