I sent a loacal consignment no M44321572 on 25th January. Till 30th January it has not been received at the receiver which is less than 20 kms away. I think speed post is much more reliable option because this is the 2nd time it is happening. The customer support declined to provide update over phone mentioning update will be sent over phone. No update is sent on phone.
I tried tracking the consignment online, the response from their application is consignment number not found!
I don’t know if the company tries to optimize costs by using some cheaper options of transport. Why has this happened again?
