DTDC – Parcel not delivered more than 20+ Days.

It has been more than 20+ Days still the Parcel has not been delivered by the DTDC. I have done multiple calls and also raised complaint, still none has taken any action rigorously. The Parcel contains Food related item and DTDC will deliver it/not I don’t know but it is almost 20+ Days, the Quality of Food would have gone down, and it is a just a waste of Money and Time. Daily I receive messages from DTDC, morning it is OUT OF DELIVERY and evening COULDN’T be DELIVERED DUE TO HIGHER VOLUMES. When I call up Customer Care and ask for the status of the Delivery, they just say they have escalated but no results so far. I also requested Customer Care to share the Location/Contact Number so that I can only go and pickup my Parcel, they denied sharing this information. Really this is getting frustrated day by day.
