CBD police station says Compliant to be given to Mahanagar palika and cgo complex. I am sure they will just ignore this. It is the duty of police department and CID to forward complaint to this ‘concerned department’. CIDCO Flat is owned by CID.Shame on police department/CID.
CID continues to stay in the flat and harassing us. If CID flat leakage is not repaired, seal the CID flat and disconnect the water supply.

Flat water leakage and harassment from CID. Water is leaking from CID flat F/5/6 3rd floor, sector 3, CBD Belapur, 400614. Past 10 years, water is leaking. Shame on CID being from the law department, they are haressing senior citizens. Loss of life.
CID is giving flat to its employees for short stay, they keep taps open and lock the doors. All damages to our Asian paints and 2 times short circuit has happened. We are in losses. Washroom roof crashed 6 years back, and my mom was about to lose her life. My dad mom passed away as they were in constant stress due to leakages.
Take immediate action. Repair leakage, do not allow irresponsible people for staying in flat. Internal pipes are rusted damaged, floor has to be water proofed. CID should not allow outsiders to occupy house. CID has to compensate for my damages.
If CID does not take any action, seal the CID flat and disconnect CID flat water supply. Shame on CID being from law department they are haressing senior citizens.This is 10th time leakage has happened and everytime we need to ask Fatima for keys to open locked doors, by that time damage to my flat.
In the month of April 2024 Arun pingale and Archana Kadam visited our house after yet another episode of leakage incident. They told me issue resolved. Now they are saying repairs approval pending.
Until such time seal the flat and disconnect water supply.
Your internal pipes are rusted, damaged and have cracks. Even if flat is locked, CIDCO water keeps flowing that leaks into our flat. Another disaster waiting to happen.Unless you repair your flat, we cannot repair ours.
Anytime our ceilings may fall. Already, we are in massive losses. CID has to compensate for my flat damages. Anytime in my flat ceiling may crash, short circuits fire can happen due to leakages from CID flat. I already visited cbd police station, met PC Bharsat. What action is taken against CID ???
