FRADULENT SALE OF PROPERTY & ENCROACHMENT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ON PUBLIC STREET ROADD

I had complained to Collector/DDO/TDO/PATAN-/CM/chief secretary of Gujarat regarding fraudulent sale of residential 8 plots in Sanskarnagar Balisana .S.V. 591. When any complain is received, it is not only the duty but also responsibility to register FIR after verification of reality of revenue record. How DDO/Collector Patan failed to take action for such fraudulent sale of property and could not stop encroachment? Also, failed to provide primary facility of street roads in Sanskarnagar & Umiyanagar colonies since many years DDO Patan in-spite of repeated appeals since, 14 years. Where is loyalty of DDOs who failed providing street roads even. Situation is alarming that we are not getting even primary facility even after 75 years of our independence when Govt. celebrating SUVARANA MATSOV. Who will bell the cat and when?
