I booked 2 parcels by XPRESSBEES BHUSAWAL (Kiran) on 13 Apr 2024, they are expected to be delivered by 18 and 20 Apr 2024 but not delivered .
They receive the Parcel by 18 Apr 2024 SAFELY. Even after one month the parcel is not delivered and there ground staff mark them Damage.
I approach their State Head Mr Vrushabh Galagategar but he said I have nothing to do with it, then I approach their Regional Head Mr Taraknath he said will check and inform you.
Then I mail them on 26 Apr 2024, no reply from them.
Then Mr Vinod Rathod (Executive Channel Management) mail all above on 11 May 2024 but no reply
I again mail above all on 13 May 2024 but No Reply
I again mail them 16 May 2024 but still No Reply.
Then I approach Mr Jery Customer Service Head ,but till today I did not receive my Refund on Damage Products and Shipping Fees.
One Parcel is of Rs 3000 and Another is of Rs 5000 Total Rs 8000 and shipping Fees Rs 604.20 and Rs 731.60.
