GoIbigo’s cancelled two tickets (PNR: 20370410, GOBUSDTF9F13CDC15) and (PNR: 203704389, GOBUSDT824A711695) which showed failed cancellation. GoIbigo executive said it was a technical glitch that led to cancellation at back end but tickets are not cancelled at front end.
Adding to this, the journey for two more tickets, which were booked by GoIbigo (PNR, 20370528, GOBUSDTD697D450BF) and (PNR: 203705593, GOBUSDTDA1A6E09AF) was cancelled by the bus operator just few hours before the travel.
Instead of providing an assistance and refund, GoIbigo sent an automated message that hope you had an amazing trip.
