I got empty box delivered when I claimed my warranty for Boat Earphones. Customer support is not answering responsibly.

My name is Ramesh, and my phone number is 9886354560. I have claimed my warranty for my Boat Nirvana Ion earphones, which were not working. The ticket number is 52303370.

Today, I received a replacement courier box delivered through Xpressbees. However, upon opening the box, I found that there was no replacement product of Boat Nirvana Ion inside. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. First, Boat products does not work as per the specifications. Now, when I try to claim the warranty, I received an empty box in the name of a replacement product.

I am extremely upset and frustrated with the poor customer support services of Boat. I demanded an immediate replacement of my product or a full refund.

But BOAT customer support has replied below which raises serious concerns about their credibility.

After conducting a comprehensive investigation, we have determined that you have raised an empty claim. According to the weight matrix provided by the courier team, the delivered product weighed 80 grams.

I have questioned them how can they guarantee so blindly it is delivered to me. They are keep on replying same thing. I have lost my product by giving it to cheaters like Boat Support. How to get justice in my case. I am more worried about how can cheat customer like this so easily, one side i lost my product on other side there is no concern from Boat.
