There is no SMS or email has been received about the issue and I am unable to find your customer care number on which I can call and talk. In such a situation, it seems better to book tickets directly from the cinema hall instead of BookMyShow.
Hence, you are requested to please confirm the booking of the tickets or refund the amount as soon as possible.
