As using Airtel i could say, Your service is getting worst to worst day by day.

We installed Airtel in my home in 2014, Till date we have been facing frequent disruptions for almost more than 24 hours or even 48 hours, and Airtel service has become pathetic. even thou frequent disruptions, i did not see my bill being low or having any discount. Now it’s almost overheated,

STARTING FROM JANUARY 2024

THERE IS NOT A WEEK I HAVE TO RAISE COMPLAINT.
THERE IS FREQUENT IN INTERNET BROADBAND, THOUS IT’S NOT MY PROBLEM WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FULL AMOUNT, YOU ALL CAN TRACK THE USAGE OF INTERNET, WHY HAVE I NOT GOT ANY DISCOUNT FOR YOUR PROBLEM.

THIS IS MY FINAL, REMOVE THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM MY HOUSE, I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE INTERNET BILL FOR THIS MONTH’S USAGE. YOU GUYS ARE A REAL PROBLEM. YOUR JOB IS JUST TO CHARGE AND CHARGE. EVEN THOU WE DON’T GET YOUR SERVICE AT ALL.

This is my Xstream fiber, Airtel Black ID 10101018092684, I would like to terminate this connection with immediate effect. I will get another Telco to install the connection. I don’t want your service anymore.

Your Airtel app which I want to lodge a complaint is the biggest headache.

more ever your engineers they come home do the repair, tell my father they will come tomorrow, and the tomorrow is no more. waste of time and effort, i had to lodge the complaint through your stupid app next day, and could not get the confirmation from your other engineer after 2 days. but on my bill there were no deductions for the Airtel outage. WHY IS IT SO.
Now i have come up to a conclusion, Throw the airtel connection out of my house
