against Jio mart order No. 17387165380007243M dated 05.02.2025 for Nivea soap
I have received Nivea Soap pkt in bad and torn condition also the product is nearing expiry date . The product is manufactured on 10/22 and which is expiring on 03/25 . It is not possible to consume full product with in the prescribed period hence requested them to refund the money paid.
complain lodged # 738811856299 at 08;47 am and # 738844978212 at 06;00PM on 06.02.2025.
The problem is that they keep removing the complain from the on line site platform without giving any reply .
