MOBILE TICKET NOT CAME DUE TO VENDOR MACHINE PROBLEM

I HAD BOOKED SEASONAL TRAIN TICKET USING PAPER TICKET OPTION IN UTS APP FOR ONE MONTH FROM METTUPALAYAM TO PODANUR PASSENGER ON 20.01.2025 7.50AM. WHILE ENTERING PHONE NUMBER AND BOOKIND ID IN VENDOR MACHINE, TICKET HAS NOT RECEIVED BUT THE TICKET PRINTING IN SUCCESSUL FUL. KINDLY REQUESTED TO RECTIFY AND ISSUE THE TICKET.
