not allot hotel room after online booking

Recently i have visited Bauma Conexpo fair@Greater noida from 11/12/2024 – 12/12/2024 with my another colleague.

I have booked by room thru Booking.com with confirmation No.4421.573.066.

Booking was confirmed at Hotel O Sun Flower Residency – Plot no.596 sun flower residency near Sehdev hospital omega-1, Noida, Noida, 201310, India.

After reaching on 11th December 2024 10.00AM hotel, it was totally denied to allot room as per confirmation by booking.com. Hotel manager have confirmation, but reply with Booking.com have forwarded booking to OYO.com and OYO.com is not responding for room allot. Demanding Rs.4000/- per room if booking to be continue, we have settled in Rs.2300 after long request. We have paid extra Rs.807 for one night stay.

How we can trust such online booking websites and no such response after reaching destinations for business work.

I have received not any call back for Booking.com.
