I’ve extremely unhappy with your service as I ordered a jeans from meesho on 23rd Jan 2025 and i got it delivered 28 Jan 2025 and it was totally different from what is shown on your meesho app at the time of shopping so it made a return request on same day but it got rejected twice so I called the customer care in morning where the advisor assured me for getting this return in morning by insisting that ince the return pickup request is cancelled we will again raise it for you and have the money back for you but when in evening I again called the customer care my connected to the advisor called CHUDAMANI and RUPESH in Bangalore located call center of meesho they denied of helping me as they can have it return as an exception and do not have any managers available on their call center floor and denied to help me and having my money back so I expect a call during my non working hours from morning 6am to 11am to discuss this and i want my money back at no matter at what I’ll escalate this want to raise this as official complaint.
