On March 2020, I had sent the above original bond of the policy to Siliguri Branch for servival maturity and it is an endownment plan. After maturity amount received by us Mr Ramji Prasad our old agent took the Original bond and did not return it back to us even after repeated calls and later on said that he misplaced the papers. So we requested the LIC branch to issue a duplicate bond on 27.07.2023 but later on even the LIC branch refused to provide a duplicate copy and told us to contact Mr Ramji Prasad. Now we request you to kindly help us in this matter as Mr Ramji is not cooperating with us and also without my acknowledgement who gave him the right to take the policy on my behalf and how the LIC office also gave him the policy without verifying with the insured. Please take immediate action in this regard and make arrangement for the issue of new policy bond and to post it to me at my registered address.My address is PANKAJ TRADERS, ARHAM PLAZA, M.G.ROAD, FANCY BAZAAR, GUWAHATI-781001
