Swiggy listed a item worth of ₹568 as ₹600 and charged me for the same, when i reached to customer care by call , chat and email i got the same reply as ” The resturant bill is different and the swiggy bill is different” As of common man i know how the billing system works for the other items on swiggy, they charge and list the same price of an item and they add their deliver charge and the gst along with coupon discount if exist, but in this case i have ordered an item worth of ₹568 but they charged me ₹600 with gst and delivery charge along with coupon discount,
This is totally against Act, 2009, the MRP printed on a product is the maximum price that a consumer has to pay to purchase the product.
