Dear Team Kia
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I have had with both your product
and services. I trust that you can review the records associated with my purchase. I bought a Kia Sonet
from Dhingra Motors, Sector 14, in March. Unfortunately, within 2-3 months, I encountered
two significant issues: the right-side headlight stopped functioning, and there is an irritating noise
while driving the vehicle.
These issues were reported to the Dhingra service center on August 2nd, and my car was picked up for
repairs. However, both problems persist. The headlight was supposed to be replaced within a week, yet
as of August 12th, this has not been done. Additionally, I have found the service team’s response time
to be severely lacking, requiring multiple follow-up calls and messages before I receive any
acknowledgment or action. From MD- Dhingra Motors , GM- Dhingra Service and other stakeholders all are highly unresponsive on calls, messages.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed with the level of service
provided.
