We put our luggage in ghe baggage scanner machine at sarai Rohilla railway station and someone flicked it. We enquired with the lady police attendant at the machine but she simply reverted that someone must have taken by mistake. I am not saying that she was responsible but no effort was made to understand the details and help with finding the missing bag. Very sad state of affairs
