I have sent my car for repair after accident on 12.07.2024 at Tata Motors Patiala. But, 10 days have been passed and till date they are not able to provide me estimate. When ever I call to the Body Shop department of the Tata Motors (Sahib Motors) Patiala they just asked me to call me tomorrow as their is no status for car estimate. I just want to know that how many days required just to make the estimate of the car? At the time of selling of the car they call 100 times in a day but when the car is sold out they least bothered about the customers. Very bad dealing at Sahib Motors Patiala and Sangrur……….Made the biggest mistake of my life to buy Tata Car.
