Today I have booked ticket For today Journey.
As per red bus Boarding Point Address: TRISHUL TRAVELS PALTAN BAZAR NEAR ASTC BUS STAND,GUWAHATI
But bus not reached at boarding point. They call me to come at khanpara bridge which is 10 KM far away.
Which is really headache, becoz you have to reach 10 km away.
I tried to complaint on customer care number but redbus don’t have direct customer care representative involvement. Due to Redbus inresponsible behaviour bus driver doing as per their wish. I will want my money back or I will file a case against redbus.
Redbus and their bus parteners are non responsible and lier.
