Replacement of damaged product

I purchased a 330L frost free refrigerator from Khosla Elecrtonics, Kolkata. Upon delivery it was found damaged and demo personnel also raised a report for replacement on 15th June. Since then no replacement received neither any support from dealer, Khosla Electronics.
