I would like to bring to your attention the serious breach of the consumer trust. I have been a regular customer at your platform.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent food delivery order (Order ID: [189623118320206]) placed on [03 Nov 2024 and 10:35 PM] through your platform.
Upon receiving the order, I noticed that the package’s seal was broken, which raises concerns about food safety and quality. Moreover, several items I ordered were missing from the delivery, which is highly disappointing.
If that was not enough your employee JSyman connected this delivery partner through conference where he directly insinuated me with the wrongdoing. This is the highest insult I have ever received in my life. I am a medical director with a value in society. This has deeply hurt my self respect and has resulted in mental harassment of the highest order!
Given the situation, I kindly request a prompt investigation and resolution to this issue. I would appreciate a full refund for the order and full i vestigation for the delivery partner. He was not wearing regular Swiggy dress and was not having any storage box on his vehicle. This was a third party person altogether it seems!
