Dear DTDC Customer Care,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by DTDC Courier Service. On October 23rd, I booked a parcel for delivery to Mandideep, Surat, with the promise of a 2-day delivery timeframe.

Despite paying a substantial delivery fee of ₹4,000, the service has fallen short of expectations. The lack of communication and updates regarding the status of my parcel is unacceptable. As a customer, I feel misled and cheated.

I request immediate attention to this matter and resolution as follows:
