1. Issue orders to dispose of condemned vehicles-two wheelers, four-wheelers etc. parked along road side all over Hyderabad, and in societies, within a time frame. Make GHMC and Societies/Associations/local bodies responsible.
2. Encroaching road margins with condemned vehicles. Time bound removal notices and action.
3. Most important: as per by-laws, basements of buildings to be used only for parking. Issue orders to remove shops, commercial offices, and others from all basements within a time frame. This will reduce traffic jams by at least 50%!!
4. Provide designated parking areas in all commercial areeas before levying challans for parking.
All the above can be implemented area wise so that cascading effect itself will make people compliant. The above will also get revenu alongside.
