I purchased a pair of glasses on 21.07.20024 vide Order ID 1291765201. I had to return the product on 29.07.2024. I tried to place an exchange order at that time but due to technical problem I failed to do so. I contacted the customer support desk and Apurva, the executive, assured me that I would be able to place the replacement order once the returned item gets picked up. The product was picked up on 30.07.2024 but I have been failing to place exchange order since then. Today I contacted the customer care once again and Mohd Ashraf Khan arranged for a call at 12 pm but no one called me at that time. Again, I contacted the customer care and this time I had a pathetic experience with MOHD. NADEEM who practically ghosted me at the middle of our conversation. He told me that I would get the refund as store credit in next July i.e. after 11 months, till then I need to wait for placing the exchange order. I wanted to confirm if he is mentioning the timing correctly, but he didn’t bother to respond. He ignored my requests to arrange for a call with an executive and suddenly stopped responding at the middle of the conversation without providing any solution. I don’t know what will happen with my money as I
never experienced such unfriendly response from the customer support executives in my lifetime.
