Dear Team,
I have booked the below ticket to travel for an important family event, but the train was later for more than 5 hours. So, i left with no point left to cancel the ticket because reaching that event 5 hours will make no sense. I have received only Rs.500 as refund. If i know the train will be so late i would have cancelled the ticket one week before.
Due to the inefficiency of Indian railway why should i bear the loss. I am excepting a full refund of the below ticket. Excepting a favorable reply.
