I purchased a Fastrack earbuds from Flipkart few months back and now I am facing some issues with it. It comes with 1 year warranty, and it seem impossible to claim this warranty. At first your phone won’t connect to their toll-free number and you are left with only one option that is chat with an agent on WhatsApp. The agent chatting on WhatsApp will tell you to go to store and it will be done. When you go to store, they will check and confirm it is defective and they will you to register a complaint online. When you start chatting with the agent on WhatsApp they will tell you to call and all of a sudden call gets connected. An agent comes up on a call and he tell you he is transferring to right department. The agent keeps you on hold and the call never gets transferred. The call gets disconnected after an hour back to square one.
