Unable to recive refund from FirstCry

Hello,
This is in reference to my multiple emails to Firstcry customer service team regarding order number 4053577ZLYA47D312, wherein I have complained regarding refund amount of rs. 587.58 not recieved to same source account. The transaction ID shared is of no use, I need the UTR number for confirmation of money transfer. I have shared all documents from my bank stating that money is not credited to my account. However I keep getting standard response from FirstCry. Pls look into this matter on priority.
I do not see the issue progressing anywhere. In my previous email I have shared confirmation from my bank that no amount has been transferred to my account. Pls share the screenshot or UTR number of the transaction.
I am reachable on further discussion. If you are unable to resolve this, let me know the escalation point in FirstCry.
