I am extremely disappointed with how my complaint has been handled regarding supplier Mohd Waris (Modern Home Decor). After several emails, no one was updating me, i requested a call no one called previously informed me that his profile had been suspended, yet I can still see him active on indiamart platform!
Additionally, IndiaMART has an email from the supplier, Mohd Waris, stating that he transferred my payment, yet he is now claiming on WhatsApp that no payment was made. This directly contradicts his earlier statement and proves his dishonesty. I still have not received my money. not to mention i showed them screenshot that he will kill me and threated my life no one took action on this.
I trusted your platform, but instead of protecting buyers, you seem to have only resolved matters on your side while leaving me without my rights. Suspending a profile is not a resolution, despite also its still active. but, who will compensate me for my financial and operational losses?
I demand the following:
Immediate clarification on why the supplier is still active.
Proof of his payment to me, if any exists.
A proper resolution,not just suspending his profile but ensuring I receive my rightful refund.
This situation has already caused significant damage, and I expect an urgent response.
