I am Neeraj Mishra and I am your hero customer in ballia Uttar Pradesh. Today I am visiting your one of service centre at kasim bazar ballia and told our motorcycle related issues. Service manger has assigned one of the mechnic name was Mr Munna. He denied to take our motorcycle service. His behaviour is rude. service manger request one by one but in a few mechenic and he directed disobey his instructions.
I am unable to understand what is exactly issue and please confirm that your service center is working only the courtesy of some mechanics decisions?
Please take this matter in very serious way so that your service could be make better service.
