I hired a OLA Mini from Bandra Reclamation to PVR ICON Infinity Andheri West. at 16:45 hrs yesterday. I always use OLA on weekends as my driver is on leave. Price quoted was Rs. 389 which was paid while my taxi was on the way. Upon reaching the destination my driver asked for Rs. 100 more. showing the amount on his phone. I could not contact the help desk so I paid him. Please check how can the figure change once agreed upon by the company. I look forward to receiving the refund from you.
