wrong recharge was done for 1 year

Dear all,
i have recharge my mother phone no with amount 1189 for calling. but my mother was not able to call. i tried multiple times with different sources. but customer care is deny to return my amount. its hard earn money and huge amount.
. I am an old customer from 2007 of idea. now i am frusted. please give me your senior authority contact no or email. so that I can raise this issue. I will not recharge this number.
