Hello, i recently booked an order through an online website and they happened to book my order through DTDC and it was such a pathetic experience, when the delivery was not even attempted, you reported that Recipient refused delivery when neither you reached my location nor you tried contacting me on my contact no. It happened twice and the interesting part is while reaching to your team, i mailed thrice but your team does not even have the courtesy to respond to my queries. Ref No I47102006
