You can visit page related to your complaint or grievance where you will get button of registration and login (if already registered). You can submit your details of your complaint after clicking on the button link. All required details and information are provided on the page.

You can visit our contact us page and get details of e-mail or message to connect with us.
I have Complaint and reviewed to the page. When my complaint/comment will be posted?
Our administrator reviews your comment and review/rating then post it on the page. This process may take average 2-3 days.
How can I Track Complaint/grievance on the portal?
On every complaint page we have provide track the complaint button with link. You can visit at your concerned page and check your process.
My complaint has been resolved. What should I do now?
If your complaint is resolved, you may share your experience and review with us with detail of resolution time on contact form and review on page.
After I posted my complaint, I received a call/message asking for my bank/credit card details, what should I do?
We never call back for any complaint or reviews. If you get call/message from anyone that can be a fraud or scam. Please never share your Aadhar ID, Debit/Credit card details or Bank details in any manner or means. Please be aware about your financial rights and never share any type of financial details to anyone. (If you share details, it can lead a huge financial loss)
How can I find out the helpline numbers of the complaint for companies/government service?
You can visit the concerned page of government or private sector service where you will get verified helpline numbers, e-mails and WhatsApp helpline numbers.
How can I delete my complaint/comment?
For now, we have not provided direct delete option for users, But you can e-mail or message us with your comment/complaint details (Eg – Name, E-mail). We will delete your information as it is your right under Right to Forgotten.
How can I contact ComplaintHub support team?
You can visit our About Us page and get details of our team. You can directly connect with social media accounts that are mentioned in the page.
How is the rating of companies/government services calculated?
We have transparent calculation of ratings of services. It is calculated on the basis of average of all rating.
