I have purchased a two wheeler by paying a complete cash amount from himgiri auto sub Dealer (Vimla Automobiles Mayur Vihar phase 3 Delhi)
but a wrong hypothecation in the name of Muthoot Capital is updated in RTO record but when i confirmed this with Muthoot team but they have informed that there is no Loan issued to us and Himgiri Automobiles has mentioned HP wrongly.
I have contacted to the himgiri hero dealers and New kondli and Durga Puri Branch but they are not ready to accept this error.
