Complaint of vehicle service section staff at puneet Tata motors tiwariganj Lucknow

There is totally misbehaved vehicle service section staff in puneet Tata motors and also lack of knowledge. Yesterday I went for my Nexon 3rd service and there is a service advisor name Sweta, she made a vehicle service estimate and I said madam I have a coupon of vehicle alignment and balancing which I got in my insurance policy renewal which is renewed by there only by Neha Gupta. That time Sweta said ok sir this is free of coast ,you need not to pay for alignment and balancing but after the service done the biller said it’s paid this service not eligible this time, he said when you will come next time then only you can get benefit of this but this was not told me before and that staff started arguing and said you have to pay for this there is no choice. That was very embarrassing for me and very very bad behaviour by staff. I have paid 2400Rs extra for alignment and balancing. I will never ever recommend someone for tata cars only becouse of these type of employees that puneet tata motors have. Very very bad. Please take some action against him.
